LCB Travel
« on: September 26, 2011, 05:49:03 PM »
LCB Travel seem to be turning into a proper bus operator, rather than operating just people carriers. They have expanded recently with new routes LCB1 and LCB2. They also operate Essex County Council contract ZIP1 (which they took over from Arriva in 2009), which also operates commercially on Saturday mornings.

For the ZIP1 route, a specially branded Mercedes Benz Vito people carrier usually operates, registration KS03JJE. This was previously in the Arriva fleet when they operated the ZIP1 contract.

They also have Optare Alero YN04XZR, and more recently an MPD has joined the fleet which is registered W928PTS which is ex-Go North East. It still carries Go North East's all-over yellow livery. It also retains the dot-matrix display, which are still fully functioning with LCB.

They also have an Iveco minibus C14LCB.
