Last of the London Underground A-stock
« on: September 09, 2012, 07:17:15 PM »
As the last of these trains gets ready to depart for the scrapyard, a LT Museum organised event is almost full. So, if you'd like to have one last bash on these motors, then note that this will be working the Metropolitan line, for the last time on 26th September, as Train  Number 412. As it is going to be in normal service, usual fares and passes apply.

0802 Wembley Park-Watford 0830
0840 Watford-Baker Street 0922
928 Baker Street-Amersham 1021
1047 Amersham-Aldgate 1159
1211 Aldgate-Amersham 1326
1347 Amersham-Aldgate 1459
1511 Aldgate-Amersham 1626
1646 Amersham-Aldgate 1801
1808 Aldgate-Watford 1907
1917 Watford-Harrow on the Hill 1939

The train will run empty to/from Neaseden Depot not in poublic service (at the start and end of the day).

My thanks to my source, who is anonymous but knows who they are! This is subject to all the usual caveats about availability.

There is a possibility that information is incorrect. I have been told the train will run as T403
