According to Steven Knights website a number of Peterborough darts are on loan to Bedford. I've seen 34549 (GX04EZB), 34880 (AE06GZZ) and 34882 (AE06HAO). Also here from the reserve fleet is 33305 (AE51VFX).
I presume a vehicle shortage is the reason for the loans

Recently transferred dart 35104 (AE06WXP) has had a repaint and now has Bedford bus branding applied. not seen 35103/05/06 for a few days so I presume they will be treated to the same. although I still don't see the point in this transfer as these are in worse condition than the 53 reg darts they're replacing
35104 on service 2 today.  Very tidy inside and seemed to perform well.  Branded outside for Bedford, but posters and maps inside still related to Peterborough.

MAN 22316 (AE51RYR) on the 1 instead of the usual Enviro 400. It was full and had standing passengers when it passed by me.
22314 (AE51RYO) was on the 53 still sounding like a motor bike. I wonder if Stagecoach will ever fix that. Its been sounding like that for months although still seems to drive as it should. Also on the 53 was Enviro 400 19889 (AE11FUF). More often than not the branded Enviro 200's are on other routes or in the depot

I saw a Coasthopper Optare Solo parked in Bedford depot years yesterday lunchtime. Does anyone know which one it is? Is it there for repainted before transfer elsewhere or for service in Bedford?

It will be in there for repaint and then going back to Kings Lynn.
