What's worse is that the connections with the Thameslink semi-fasts are awful, and it appears that the average connection time coming north is -1 min!

This is awful sad, and makes it look like they have no real idea what the purpose of Cambridge North station is.  Currently it is a destination station for people from Ely, Norwich and the villages south of Cambridge.  It also has a slightly half-hearted attempt at a London service.  While this seems like a missed opportunity in relation to commuting from Cambridge, there is a logic to it. 

On GN's part their long term plan appears to be the opposite!

I've been on a couple of Ns now that have stopped at Mitcham's Corner - if they're doing all stops on Milton Road as well then that's a big improvement.

I think it's just Mitcham's corner?

One problem with the CGB services is that the variations are getting quite complicated now!
