Its becoming a bit of a joke now!
Never ask a dustman to talk shop.
He will only talk a load of rubbish!

We've had a number of initial problems but some of them appear to be extremely sporadic - i.e. some people can get one but not the other, or one on a mobile not the broadband connection. I did think that swapping from windows to linux would result in a more service. We have our own VPS now which means a lot of these issues should not be happening.
When you are getting downtime please dm me directly via social media or email so we can add this to the investigation.
Given that the entire move - and the last elements still in progress - have taken three of us and many many techs all of June to deal with - I don't think the GTR reference is appropriate, or indeed correct.

I usually have to login twice to get the login to work at all - this is via the Chrome browser. Good luck and well done in your efforts to stabilise.

I've occasionally had a 'Page not found' or 'Unable to connect to server' message over the last couple of months.

Mainly, I click through form email alerts with no problems – on Mac desktop & laptop and iPhone to Safari browser. Also test Firefox from time to time, with no issues currently.

Incidentally we're paying three times the money we did with the old lot to get a better service- i'm fairly sure GTR don't do that to their staff, or they won't be on strike lol

Not suggesting you are GTR!  That would be a hanging offence!

Suggesting you're being let down by the host in the same way as their passengers :-(

Tried to log in 4 or 5 times during the course of the day,  and this is the first time I've been able to get in :-(

As mentioned to Suzy, I have started to have problems logging in especially the weekend just gone when I could not
log in at all.

This morning I could log in without any problem, but to post this entry I had to use a VPN, as my normal IP address
was unable to connect.

Thanks to Suzy for doing whatever she can, but something must be wrong somewhere, or am I the only one?

I've not been able to log in for almost two days.
Do we know what is causing the problem yet?

From the home page I have to refresh it and enter my login details twice to get logged in. Then sometimes it hangs on "processing request". If I then click the "login" button again, then I get in.....
